These terms govern the mylanding service provided by XYZ.vision (operated by Alessio Cappuccio). By submitting a project request, the client accepts these terms in full.

XYZ.vision offers two service tiers for landing page creation:

• Landing (€500) — The client provides their own domain and hosting. XYZ.vision delivers the source code upon full payment.
• Launch (€800) — XYZ.vision handles domain registration, hosting, and DNS configuration. The domain and hosting remain under XYZ.vision management until full payment and explicit transfer request.

Payment is split as follows:

• 50% upon project confirmation (before work begins).
• 50% upon delivery (before source code or site access is handed over).

XYZ.vision commits to delivering the landing page within 72 hours of receiving the confirmed brief and initial payment. Delivery timelines may vary if the client requests revisions or provides incomplete information.

Intellectual property and asset ownership depend on the tier:

• Landing tier: Source code is delivered to the client upon full payment. The client owns the code and can host it anywhere.
• Launch tier: The domain and hosting are managed by XYZ.vision. Upon full payment, the client may request transfer of the domain and all assets. Transfer is completed within 7 business days of the request.

In case of non-payment of the remaining balance:

• Landing tier: Source code will not be delivered. No partial deliveries.
• Launch tier: The site will be taken offline 14 days after the payment due date. After 30 days, the domain and all project assets may be released. A payment reminder will be sent at day 7 and day 14.

The service includes one round of minor revisions (copy changes, color adjustments, layout tweaks) within 7 days of delivery. Structural changes or additional features are quoted separately.

XYZ.vision is not liable for damages resulting from the client's use of the delivered product, including but not limited to: lost revenue, data loss, or third-party claims. XYZ.vision guarantees that the delivered code is functional and standards-compliant at the time of delivery.
